In this role, you will work within a Scaled Agile software development organization to help teams plan and execute sprint and Continuous Flow/Kanban activities, facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress and dependencies, and support continuous improvement.\nYou will work alongside the Agile Coach, technical team members, Product Owners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support predictable delivery in a highly regulated environment. The role will also provide exposure to modern cloud technologies, DevSecOps practices, and AI-assisted software development tools while supporting the delivery of Cloud One capabilities.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nSupport the team in executing Continuous Flow/Kanban or planned sprint activities.\nFacilitate team Agile ceremonies, including Refinements/Sprint Planning, Daily Boardwalks/Standups, Retrospectives, and Reviews/Demos.\nTrack basic team metrics and delivery data to help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nHelp identify and resolve team impediments, escalating more complex issues involving dependencies, development, builds, operational support, or processes as needed.\nTrack and communicate team status, risks, dependencies, sprint progress, and availability to appropriate team and program stakeholders.\nWork with technical team members throughout the software development life cycle by helping coordinate development, documentation, configuration, testing, debugging, and delivery activities.\nSupport the Agile Coach and other Agile leaders in implementing SAFe 6 and Extreme Programming practices across the team.\nAssist the team with the adoption and use of AI-assisted development tools for coding, refactoring, debugging, and testing activities.\nSupport the team's use of DevSecOps concepts, processes, and tools.\nCollaborate with developers, engineers, Product Owners, and other cross-functional team members to help the team meet sprint commitments and project milestones.\nCommunicate with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve routine issues, and maintain alignment on team priorities.\nParticipate in PI Planning events and support the team in preparing objectives, identifying dependencies, and tracking commitments.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nSAFe 6 Scrum Master certification.\nWorking knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies, security concepts, and cloud environments.\nUnderstanding of software development principles, practices, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps principles, processes, and tooling.\nExperience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion.\nAbility to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams.\nActive Secret clearance.\n Preferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of or experience with AI-assisted coding (Claude Code, Codex etc.).\nKnowledge of or experience with microservices and cloud-based environments.\nKnowledge of or experience with Terraform / Ansible.\nKnowledge of or experience with Cloud Certifications.\nKnowledge of or experience with Operations Experience.\nAdvanced SAFe 6 or AI-Native SAFe certifications.\nSAFe 6 DevOps certification. \nSAFe 6 Experience/ Knowledge of AI-Native SAFe. \nSAFe 6 Leading SAFe certification. \nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
