This position ensures that shipping and receiving activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established operational requirements.\nThe Logistician works independently to support day-to-day logistics operations, resolve complex shipping and receiving issues, and coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure equipment and materials are delivered on schedule. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform goods receipt activities, including receiving, inspecting, tracking, documenting, and logging materials and equipment into designated receiving and logistics systems.\nCoordinate the scheduling and shipment of completed projects to customers, ensuring deliveries are properly planned and executed.\nPrepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including packing lists, shipment records, delivery documentation, and other required logistics paperwork.\nWork independently to achieve daily operational objectives, with a significant impact on operational results and project deliverables.\nInvestigate discrepancies involving shipments, receipts, quantities, damaged materials, documentation, or delivery schedules and coordinate appropriate resolutions.\nCommunicate effectively with internal and external customer team members regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, receiving requirements, and logistics-related issues.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve shipping, receiving, scheduling, inventory accuracy, and overall logistics efficiency.\nRequired Qualifications\nRequires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience.
