Apply and share your resume with us today!\nPrimary Responsibilities\nPerform routine maintenance on all production equipment and support equipment\nTroubleshoot to diagnose problems and repairs on production equipment\nUpdate maintenance logs\nFollow all safety policies and procedures strictly\nUndertakes precision alignments and significant other tests associated with instillation, qualification and/or calibration of equipment and machinery\nProvides feedback for continuous improvement on equipment and facilities\nUndertakes the sourcing and ordering of required repair parts, supplies and services\nEnsures that equipment is in a safe working condition or utilize LOTO program\nEnsures prompt and regular attendance\nPerforms limited carpentry, painting and electrical duties.\nMay be assigned tasks outside the scope of this job description.\nBasic Qualifications\n3+ years of hands on repair of electrical and mechanical systems on machinery\nComplete understanding of electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions and troubleshooting guides.\nExperience with FANUC and controls.\nExperience with the use of diagnostic/specialty tools used in the troubleshooting & repair of machinery.\nDemonstrated high degree of industrial mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical aptitude and repair abilities.\nExperience with trouble shooting electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.\nSelf-starter with the ability to work unsupervised.\nAbility to work effectively in a group (Team) environment.\nAdvanced written and verbal communication skills, must be able to speak/read/write English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExpert on Fanuc controls\nElectrical AC/DC practical knowledge and safety standards\nKnowledge with calibrating and machine positions using dial gauge or other measuring device\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
