Apply and share your resume with us today!\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDirect operational management of multiple and concurrent programs to meet business standards and contractual requirements.\nAct as the main point of contact for internal/external customers and development teams to define manufacturing requirements and plans.\nProvide input to processes, standards, and operational plans to implement organizational strategies.\nDeliver hands-on Subject Matter Expertise in all facets of program execution.\nMonitor and direct matrixed staff operations.\nReview work products for completeness and compliance with customer requirements across all operational tasks.\nManage all program deliverables to ensure on-time delivery at required quality levels.\nLeverage current programs and customer relationships to expand Scope of Work and establish new business.\nProvide regular program status updates and reports to customers and organizational managers.\nCalculate labor and material estimates to completion.\nProvide labor and material estimates for new business opportunities.\nServe as a liaison between commercial and defense program teams as well as senior leadership.\nBasic Qualifications\nBA degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. Engineering or other Technical Degree is a plus.\nCommunicates with internal and client project team members.\nWorks to influence team members regarding solution design, process, and/or approaches.\nWorks independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.\nDemonstrable and extensive experience with MS Office tools, particularly Excel.\nResponsible for entire projects or processes within a professional area.\nU.S. Citizenship required.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a secret Security clearance is required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAbility to establish a vision and executable plan around that vision.\nStrong communication skills; demonstrated ability to articulate messages, ideas, and information effectively to customers, management, technical resources, and groups.\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
