Apply and share your resume with us today!\nPrimary Responsibilities\nSupport PIF and EMF production managers, engineering, test, and quality in the production, integration, test, and checkout of ABADS systems.\nSupport the Cost Account Manager (CAM) and PIF/EMF production management teams.\nSupport material procurement and production control to help ensure successful execution.\nPartner with Program Engineering to maintain accurate, up-to-date system Bills of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing.\nSupport make-or-buy decisions.\nCoordinate manufacturing budgets and costs with Program Finance and Manufacturing Finance to support successful execution and effective capacity planning.\nSupport recurring reviews of cost, schedule, and technical performance across manufacturing sites.\nPartner with manufacturing site and functional leadership to improve cost and schedule performance in support of program objectives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.\nProvide variance analyses, supporting rationale, and corrective action plans as required by program and manufacturing leadership.\nProvide manufacturing-related inputs to program leadership for recurring program reviews.\nSupport development of the manufacturing plan, as required.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline and 8+ years of manufacturing project management experience, including an in-depth understanding of cost and schedule management techniques.\nEight (8) years of project leadership or personnel management experience in a manufacturing program or project environment.\nExperience managing hardware manufacturing and integration activities.\nExperience coordinating efforts across geographically separated sites and/or distinct functional groups.\nManufacturing support experience in one or more of the following areas: electronics, machining/welding, or complex system integration and testing.\nExperience developing and delivering recurring program or product status briefings to leadership stakeholders.\nMust be a U.S. citizen and possess and maintain a final Secret clearance, or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.\nOther Qualifications\nTen (10) + years of manufacturing management experience on defense, aerospace, or commercial projects.\nProgram or project management experience; PMP certification is a plus.\nManufacturing or industrial engineering training and relevant experience.\nExperience with AS9100 and DCMA standards.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing risk and readiness assessments.\nFamiliarity with DoD Manufacturing Readiness Levels.\nExperience with Costpoint MRP.\nExperience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).\nExperience working with cross-functional teams focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and manufacturing.\nExperience planning hardware product realization efforts.\nFamiliarity with the AS6500 manufacturing management program.\nProficiency in Microsoft Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL queries, and advanced data reporting and management.\nHuntsvilleManufacturing\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
