Perform engineering calculations (loads, stresses, flow, heat transfer).\nUse specialized mechanical and civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Civil 3D for utility coordination, Carrier HAP/Trace, eQUEST, or similar tools) to develop models and analyses\nUtilize cost estimating and quantity takeoff software (e.g., Bluebeam, RSMeans, Sage Estimating, or comparable platforms) to support budgeting, value engineering, and public funding approvals\nSupport construction administration through submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, commissioning coordination, and verification of installation conformance with design intent\nFire protection (sprinklers, smoke control, etc) \nMechanical Engineer Basic Qualifications:\n Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)\n 8+ years of applicable experience or (or 6+ years with a Masters degree)\nProfessional Engineer License in good US standing\nAbility to obtain and maintain Public Trust Suitability\nExperience with mechanical engineering design and analysis\nExperience testing and evaluation of mechanical systems\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment\nExcellent communication skills\nProficiency in engineering analysis and design software tools\nAbility to create and edit projects in AutoCad\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
