Leidos is the prime contractor on a 10-year single award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the United States Army. The Multifunction MSI is responsible for data preparation, data mining, and result validation and explanation of a state-of-the-art Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) platform including operational support during live missions. The Multifunction MSI is responsible for assessing SIGINT systems operational trends, evaluating capabilities, and identifying deficiencies to generate comprehensive understanding of the current systems. This position also extracts useful information from mission data using a variety of methods, including analysis, classification, conversion, extraction, organization, and reasoning to provide the customer with insights to shape CONOPS and future development efforts. Through a thorough understanding of customer areas of interest, the Multifunction MSI will develop specific products and research lines in anticipation of future needs culminating in authoring comprehensive assessments detailing the results of the analysis. The Multifunction MSI will participate in Integrated Product Team meetings as required and interact daily with the PED Operations Lead, US Government customer, and supported military units to ensure the team is meeting mission and reporting requirements. The Multifunction MSI is an integral member of the Engineering team and reports directly to the PED Operations Lead.\nThe Multifunction MSI position is based at a customer facility on Fort Gordon, GA with travel to Leidos, customer, and subcontractor facilities as required to meet program requirements and goals; normally 10% with surge travel to support integration and testing events.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nAssess SIGINT systems operational trends, evaluate capabilities, and identify deficiencies to generate comprehensive understanding of the current systems.\nExtract useful information from mission data using a variety of methods, including analysis, classification, conversion, extraction, organization, and reasoning to provide the customer with insights to shape CONOPS and future development efforts.\nResponsible for data preparation, data mining, and result validation and explanation\nAuthor comprehensive assessments detailing the results of the above analysis\nUnderstand customer areas of interest and develop specific products and research lines in anticipation of future needs\nParticipate in Integrated Product Team Meetings (IPTs)\nLiaison with Government customers and outside agencies in a timely and professional manner\nProvide feedback to Program Management on daily, weekly, and monthly activities\nAll other duties as directed by the Program Management Office\nAnd all other duties as required to ensure responsiveness of the program.\nBasic Qualifications\nMust hold a BA/BS degree or 4 years of experience; or master’s degree and 2 years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree\nExperience in scripting (e.g. bash/python) \nCurrent DoD Top Secret Clearance with w/CI Poly\nTwo years of operational experience, within the last five years conducting RF collection or direction-finding operations\nExperience with Airborne ISR executing SIGINT missions\nExperience with operational processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) functions\nAbility to assess SIGINT systems operational trends, evaluate capabilities, and identify deficiencies to generate comprehensive understanding of the current systems\nAble to extract useful information from mission data using a variety of methods, including analysis, classification, conversion, extraction, organization, and reasoning to provide the customer with insights to shape CONOPS and future development efforts.\nAbility to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts \nExperience with data preparation, data mining, and result validation and explanation\nExperience authoring comprehensive assessments detailing the results of the analysis\nDoD 8570 approved IAT Level II Baseline - current or obtained within 6 months\nAble to effectively communicate with Leidos personnel, sub-contractors and customers\nAbility to travel 10% to support one-on-one and Stakeholder meetings and surge travel up to 25% to support integration and installation or test events \nAble to support shift work to meet mission surge operations. \nPreferred Qualifications\nDevelopment/Backend experience with SIGINT system software\nExperience with Power BI, MS Project, Office, PowerPoint, Visio\nKnowledge and experience with Army Airborne ISR Operations\nUnderstanding of SIGINT missions\nExperience with Army and National Intelligence policies and procedures\nAMSOPP1\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
