Candidate will be expected to participate and support the execution of tests and exercise of varying scope and complexity, as determined by the Engineering Lead and approved by the NATO customer. Supporting efforts may include maintaining project schedules, estimating test efforts, working with systems engineering tools, and interfacing with customers, users, product developers, and other stakeholders.\nThe above activities involve generation of documentation in UK English, as well as communicating with programme office personnel, stakeholders, and National Representatives in conferences and meetings in UK English. Travel is expected to be about 20%.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nResponsible for supporting the Engineering Lead as required to lead and perform project test and exercise related activities.\n\nParticipate and support the execution of tests and exercise of varying scope and complexity, as determined by the Engineering Lead and approved by the NATO customer.\n\nSupporting efforts may include maintaining project schedules, estimating test efforts, working with systems engineering tools, and interfacing with customers, users, product developers, and other stakeholders.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nCandidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college, and 8 years’ experience in systems engineering and integration; or a Masters and 5 years’ experience.\n\nMust have a current active NATO Secret level security clearance.\n\nHigh ability in speaking, writing, and understanding English is essential. All on-site work will be conducted in English. All personnel working on-site shall have a minimum required level of English language of SLP2222 as defined in NATO STANAG 6001.\n\nDemonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic, works well within an engineering team, mission oriented, and takes personal pride in work.\n\nUnderstanding and familiarity of the BMD domain\n\nExperience in communication requirements verification such as JREAP, DIS, HLA as examples\n\nAbility to perform detailed analysis using a variety of tools\n\nExperience with allocating requirements to test, development of test plans, test cases, architectures and test procedures\n\nExperience with performing tests and collecting test results\n\nExperience with performing analysis of test results\n\nExperience in communicating readiness statuses and briefing post mission results to Customers\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with the NATO BMD architecture and test activities\n\nExperience in the configuration of operational networks within the BMD and/or IAMD domain\n\nExperience in verifying requirements on an operational architecture/domain\n\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
