Own incident triage, escalation, and resolution through closure.\nCoordinate with network, systems, security, application, and vendor teams.\nEnsure adherence to SLAs, escalation procedures, and operational runbooks.\nReview alerts and incidents for trends, recurring problems, and potential improvements.\nConduct shift handovers and maintain accurate operational documentation.\nMentor and provide technical guidance during complex incidents.\nPrepare incident reports, shift summaries, and operational metrics.\nParticipate in major incident management and post-incident reviews.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree and 4+ years of overall related experience with a Windows or Linux server environment. Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree\nAn active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.\nCurrently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce.\nCandidate may be asked to obtain CI Poly in future\nComfortable working 24×7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nPrevious experience leading an operations team or acting as a senior escalation point.\nExcellent communication and incident coordination skills.\nStrong decision-making under pressure. Must be able to make independent risk based decisions while leading a small team during outages.\nExperience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, or equivalent\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.\nWorking knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management.\nExperience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.\nStrong understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, switching\nFamiliarity with Windows/Linux infrastructure and cloud environments.\nHands on experience in IT Cybersecurity, Network Operations, or Windows Server administration.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experienced with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners\nTS/SCI w/CI Poly Preferred\nPrevious shift-lead or team-lead experience in a DoD, military, or cleared NOC/SOC environment\nExperience refining shift SOPs, playbooks, or escalation procedures based on operational trends\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
