This position will be located at our customer site in Bethesda, MD.\nAre you ready for your next career challenge? Join a team committed to a Mission!\nResponsibilities Include:\nWork with the NDOC Government Lead to create and maintain a detailed work plan to include specific tasks, assignments, task dependencies, milestones, and schedule for processing direct forensic and non-forensic data collections\nWork with senior leadership to establish and implement program goals and provide key performance metrics to establish a strategic baseline\nEstablish clear expectations and goals to drive and evaluate forensic examiner work products\nBuild and maintain qualified, full-time staff and a pipeline or surge staff according to customer and mission priorities\nMaintain awareness of emerging capabilities and technologies, and create relevant training plans to ensure continue mission accomplishment\nAct as a bridge for the complex gap between the non-technical functions of management and the technical requirements of a computer forensics mission and its personnel\nOversee personnel performing forensic examinations and and complex analysis to include preservation, acquisition, processing, analysis, and reporting\nEnsure compliance with digital forensics standards, policies, and procedures\nProvide consultation, training, assistance and mentorship throughout the digital forensics process\nIdentify techniques, processes, and procedures to enhance the growth and maturity of the NDOC forensics program\nDevelop and present oral and written communications to include clear and comprehensive case notes and findings and presentations to government stakeholders\nPrincipal Digital Forensics Examiner Required Qualifications:\nBachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or STEM discipline and 12 years of experience.\n At least 10 years of related technical and project management experience (can substitute for 5 years’ experience with a Master of Science degree in Computer Science or STEM discipline)\nIndustry standard forensics certification (e.g., EnCE, ACE, CCE, GIAC)\nExperience conducting Computer Forensics, DOMEX, and Intelligence Analysis\nExperience in Project Management and requirements documentation\nExperience in planning and forecasting resource needs\nExperience requiring strong interpersonal and organizational skills\nExperience requiring strong instructional and communications skills\nMust be able to maintain TS/SCI Clearance with poly\nMust be able to work in Bethesda, MD\nPrincipal Digital Forensics Examiner Preferred Qualifications:\nExperience in hardware configuration and network/data communications\nExperience with software engineering and scripting\nExperience with law enforcement evidence seizure\nExperience conducting intelligence analysis and writing finished intelligence reporting\nAt Leidos, the opportunities are boundless.
