The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, able to read and interpret technical drawings, and comfortable working with both hand and power tools. Prior experience with cable building (RF, Ethernet, and signal cables) is highly desired, as is experience with IT rack builds.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssemble and install components, cables, and hardware based on technical drawings and work instructions.\nRead and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly documentation.\nBuild, route, and terminate cables (RF, Ethernet, and signal) per required specifications.\nUtilize a variety of hand and power tools in the assembly and installation of equipment.\nAssist in building and installing IT racks and related assemblies.\nPerform basic quality checks to ensure assemblies meet company and industry standards.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.\nCollaborate with team members and communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to work with hand and power tools.\nAbility to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n· Previous experience building cables (RF, Ethernet, signal).\n· Experience assembling IT racks or similar equipment.\n· Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.\nPhysical Requirements:\n· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.\n· Stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
