Share your resume with us today!\nPrimary Responsibilities\nCoordinate and manage program schedule, budget, communication, and documentation.\n\nMaintain program calendars, deadlines, and milestones.\n\nAssist with the procurement process, including researching potential vendors, preparing requisitions, and managing purchase orders.\n\nAssist with travel arrangements and logistics for program meetings and conferences.\n\nManage program databases and ensure accurate data entry.\n\nPrepare presentations and reports as needed.\n\nPerform other administrative duties as assigned.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nBA degree from an accredited institution (preferred in in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field) plus 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience.\n\n3+ years of experience in program administration, preferably within a government contracting environment\n\nMust be a US Citizen, possess and maintain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance\n\nProven experience supporting complex programs and projects.\n\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Project and creating/managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs)\n\nExperience with procurement processes, including vendor research, requisition preparation, and purchase order management.\n\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
