Leidos is an American technology and engineering services company created in 2013 when Science Applications International Corporation split in two, with Leidos taking the technical services and solutions business. It is one of the largest suppliers to the United States government, working across defence programmes, intelligence systems, civil agencies including the Federal Aviation Administration, and healthcare services for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, the company also builds security detection products for airports and borders, and has concentrated recent investment on trusted artificial intelligence and autonomy for mission environments.

More About the Role:

The Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) program is one of Leidos' largest and most complex IT services programs, delivering the core backbone of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet. SMIT supports cybersecurity, network and data center operations, end-user services, service desk operations, and data transport across the Naval Enterprise Network. This position requires analysis, coordination and execution-support experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented, fast-paced, and mission-focused environment.

The Program Integrator will report to and support the CLIN 300 Program Manager in coordinating day-to-day portfolio activities. The role will collect, organize, and consolidate information from Project Managers, Technical Leads, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Subcontracts, and other program support organizations. The Program Integrator will help ensure that awarded projects and task orders are executed consistently and meet cost, schedule, scope, technical, contractual, and customer performance expectations. The role will also support customer engagements, communications, program deliverables, program reporting, risk and opportunity management, financial forecasting, and resource planning.

The position is intended to further execution discipline and program visibility while supporting the overall accountability and decision authority of the CLIN 300 Program Manager. The role is aligned to the CLIN 300 execution environment, in which task-order work may be organized across multiple levels of effort and delivered through coordinated technical, operational, and governance activities.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Support the CLIN 300 Program Manager by collecting and consolidating cost, schedule, scope, technical, risk, and customer-status inputs across the portfolio.
  • Maintain program trackers, milestone schedules, action and decision logs, deliverable calendars, risk and issue registers, and shared repositories.
  • Coordinate recurring operating rhythms, including project reviews, financial reviews, risk reviews, leadership briefings, and customer status meetings; prepare agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Work with Project Managers and support functions to promote consistent reporting, data quality, and use of program processes and tools.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and overdue actions; elevate concerns to the Program Manager for direction.
  • Assist Finance and the Program Manager with compiling funding, actuals, labor utilization, travel and other direct costs, forecasts, Estimates at Completion, and Limitation of Funds information for review.
  • Coordinate the development, review, and timely submission of customer deliverables, status reports, metrics, briefing materials, and responses to Government data calls.
  • Prepare draft executive summaries, portfolio status views, and decision-support materials for Program Manager review.
  • Support coordination with Government customers, technical teams, Finance, Contracts, Subcontracts, and other program partners.
  • Assist with task-order planning, staffing coordination, proposal inputs, and other program execution activities as assigned.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Information Technology, Finance or a related field, with four or more years of relevant project coordination, project management, or program-support experience.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience supporting information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, infrastructure, or network-service projects or programs.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, actions, risks, status, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Working knowledge of project financial concepts, including funding, actual costs, labor utilization, forecasting, and Estimates at Completion.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional, or matrixed teams.
  • Ability to organize complex information and prepare clear status reports, briefing materials, and action summaries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or other Government customers.
  • Ability to travel in support of customer, program, and team engagements as required.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with CPFF Term and Completion CLINs or other cost-reimbursable task-order structures.
  • Experience supporting project or portfolio management, scheduling, dashboard, collaboration, and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting Government proposals, task-order planning, staffing plans, resource estimates, or basis-of-estimate development.
