This program is transitioning from development into full-rate production and requires a leader capable of managing complex manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and customer challenges. Share your resume with us today!\nPrimary Responsibilities\n.\nLead all aspects of program execution, including cost, schedule, technical performance, contractual requirements, and customer satisfaction.\nMaintain full program financial responsibility, including profit and loss (P&L), forecasting, Estimate at Completion (EAC), and financial performance.\nLead and align cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, contracts, and finance.\nDrive production planning and execution, ensuring manufacturing readiness, material availability, quality, and on-time delivery.\nIdentify and manage program risks, resolve complex technical and operational issues, and drive timely decisions.\nServe as the primary program interface with the U.S. Marine Corps customer, maintaining strong relationships and effectively managing customer expectations.\nEngage confidently with senior government customers, military leadership, and Leidos executive leadership.\nIdentify and pursue opportunities for program growth, additional production orders, and follow-on work.\nBasic Qualifications\nBA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years or prior relevant experience; Additional education, experience or training will be considered in lieu of degree.\nPrior experience as a Program with direct responsibility for program financial performance. \nSignificant leadership experience on defense, aerospace, intelligence, or government programs.\nDemonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and incomplete information.\nStrong executive presence, judgment, communication skills, and learning agility.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams.\nDemonstrated ability to independently lead complex programs, establish priorities, exercise sound judgment, and make timely decisions in challenging environments.\nExperience managing production or manufacturing programs.\nExperience engaging senior government, military, and corporate leaders.\nDemonstrated experience managing program financial performance, including budgets, EACs, cost and schedule performance, and profitability.\nMust be a US Citizen and possess an active DoD Secret clearance\nMust be a resident of Huntsville, AL or willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing fixed-price defense production contracts. \nExperience with radar, sensor, electronic warfare, or other complex defense electronics systems.\nActive Top-Secret clearance.\nExperience transitioning defense systems from development into production. \nFamiliarity with defense acquisition processes.\nExperience managing production suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturing operations.\nExperience supporting classified and international operations.\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
