As Program Manager, you will serve as the primary interface with MDA leadership and direct all technical, operational, financial, contractual, and workforce aspects of a large, geographically dispersed cybersecurity services program supporting one of the Department of Defense's most critical missions.\nThis role requires an experienced leader with a strong background delivering enterprise cybersecurity services and a proven record of successfully managing large, complex DoD programs\nPrimary Responsibilities\nServe as the proposed Contract Program Manager throughout capture and proposal activities and, upon award, assume overall responsibility for contract execution.\nAct as the primary interface between Leidos and the Government for all programmatic, contractual, operational, and technical matters.\nLead a geographically dispersed team of Leidos employees, teammates, and subcontractors delivering enterprise cybersecurity services.\nDirect execution of Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) operations, Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), incident response, vulnerability management, cyber analytics, digital forensics, threat hunting, cybersecurity engineering, RMF support, compliance, and related cybersecurity services.\nManage program financial performance, staffing, subcontractors, schedule, quality, risk, and contract compliance.\nLead contract transition activities, ensuring operational readiness, staffing, knowledge transfer, and continuity of operations.\nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with MDA leadership, Contracting Officers, CORs, and other Government stakeholders.\nProvide executive-level program reviews, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to Government and Leidos leadership.\nDrive continuous process improvement, workforce development, and operational excellence across the program.\nIdentify and pursue opportunities to expand customer value and support future business growth.\nMaintain overall responsibility for customer satisfaction, CPARS performance, and successful mission execution.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 15+ years of progressively responsible experience leading complex DoD or Federal programs.Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree in accordance with Leidos equivalency guidelines.\n\nMinimum 10 years of leadership experience managing enterprise cybersecurity services programs.\nDemonstrated experience leading large cybersecurity operations supporting the Department of Defense or Federal Government.\nExperience managing a large budget for their program.\nDemonstrated supervisory experience leading and managing large, multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed technical teams, including responsibility for employee performance, coaching, mentoring, workforce development, staffing, and succession planning.\nExperience managing one or more of the following: CSSP operations, Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), cyber engineering, incident response, vulnerability management, RMF, cyber analytics, threat hunting, digital forensics, or enterprise cyber defense.\nProven success managing program execution, financial performance, staffing, subcontractors, risk, quality, and customer relationships.\nExperience leading geographically dispersed technical organizations supporting mission-critical operations.\nStrong understanding of Federal contracting and performance-based service delivery.\nExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nPrimary location for this position is Colorado Springs, CO. If you are not within commutable distance, the right candidate will be willing to relocate to this area.\nActive Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) or other Missile Defense or Combatant Command organizations.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nCISSP, CISM, or other advanced cybersecurity certification.\nExperience leading large-scale enterprise cybersecurity services contracts.\nExperience managing contract transitions and large incumbent workforces.\nDemonstrated success achieving exceptional CPARS ratings.\nExperience developing customer relationships that result in follow-on work and organic growth.\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
