If you are an experienced production planning professional with knowledge, skill, and experience with Deltek Costpoint Material Requirement Planning (MRP) or a similar MRP system we would like to hear from you.\nWhy Join Us\n· Work to support cutting-edge subsea technologies that few get to experience firsthand.\n· Collaborate with world-class scientists, engineers, and innovators.\n· Perform on programs that support the wide variety of high-profile customers.\n· Be part of a culture that values innovation, technical excellence, and mission impact.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLeading the production planning effort for multiple development and production programs.\nCoordinating directly with engineering, configuration management, production management and procurement to ensure accurate, timely scheduling of material and work order flow.\nCreating and maintaining the Kanban Board and Burndown Chart located at the shop floor.\nUsing the Manufacturing Requirements Planning tool to drive purchasing and orchestrate kitting and Work Orders to the production floor.\nEstablishing standard work procedures consistent with project manufacturing methodologies.\nWorking directly with quality control, inventory management, manufacturing engineering and material planners to ensure a harmonious and synchronized operational flow.\nGathering and delivering documentation to procurement to expedite the purchasing process.\nResolving impediments to achieving aggressive delivery constraints.\nBasic Qualifications\nPractical knowledge of Deltek Costpoint MRP or similar system.\nBackground in lean and batch manufacturing practices and environments.\nAbility to work in a full product lifecycle environment from product development through production transition and beyond.\nProduct development and production planning background with complex electro-mechanical systems.\nAbility to work productively, collaboratively, and independently.\nMust work on-site in Lynnwood, not a remote work position.\nSecret security clearance or the ability to attain one.
