Share your resume with us today!\nPrimary Responsibilities\nCandidate will support advanced technology radar programs including development of radar signal processors, radar tracking algorithms, advanced sensors in EW environments; simulation of radar systems; field-testing of RF sensors and systems; in addition to the deployment of advanced sensor systems.\nIn this role you will work closely with other skilled engineers as they deep-dive into existing algorithms to find areas for improvement in both performance and processing latency. You will find newer algorithms available in literature to investigate and determine if they can provide improvements to the various radar programs.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an ABET-accredited school with a strong demonstration of the skills listed below will also be considered and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.\nExperience in radar algorithm development and/or radar analysis.\nExperience or willingness to lead a team of engineers in solving difficult radar algorithm problems, peer reviewing new algorithms developed internally or obtained from industry, overseeing tasking, and other team lead activities.\nMust have excellent teamwork skills and possess and show good fundamentals in the following:\nDigital signal processing\nTracker algorithms\nMATLAB\nRadar Simulation and Modeling \nMust be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL, area\nMust be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with radar simulation along with a strong background in statistics and probability.\nCandidate with additional skills in the following is desired:\nElectromagnetics\nModern C++ development\nFamiliarity with Linux\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
