As a Regulatory Document Intern, you will join our Digital Sector supporting the Program Management Office team on the Defense Enclave Services (DES) contract. As an intern on the PMO team, you will assist in managing the critical documentation and contract deliverables undefined\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nAssist with the tracking, organizing, and management of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables across DES and other division programs.\nSupport the scheduling and coordination of critical document submissions to government customers.\nGain hands-on experience helping to prepare, review, and format official reports and deliverables for submission.\nParticipate in team meetings, assisting with the documentation and tracking of action items.\nCoordinate with technical and operational team members to ensure delivery timelines and compliance requirements are understood.\nMaintain highly organized records of all documentation and delivery statuses.\nSupport on-contract growth efforts within the division.\nSupport ongoing process improvement efforts, AI integration, and documentation standardization initiatives.\nBasic Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree (Business, English, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred).\nBasic proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously.\nMust be a U.S. citizen.
