The successful candidate will help configure the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to the Task Order’s needs, standardizing and documenting practices to ensure valued delivery to the customer.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nEstablish and communicate calendars for program increments (PI)\nFacilitate PI planning readiness by bringing together the vision, roadmap and backlogs through pre and post PI planning events\nLead and facilitate PI planning events\nAssist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities\nHelp manage risks and dependencies\nProvide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks\nAssist with decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams\nWork collaboratively with Product Owners, Task Order Management, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment\nDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer and team interactions\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience. Additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.\nActive Top Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain SCI access prior to Day One. U.S. Citizenship is required.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Polygraph post hire. \nExperience scaling agile practices and aligning development teams\nDevelops and proposes new ideas regarding processes and strategy\nAgile Development knowledge and experience\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail \nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and provide leadership that drives successful execution and team performance.\nStrong briefing skills and experience presenting to senior customer management\nDemonstrate servant leadership by empowering teams, removing impediments, and enabling the delivery of high-quality solutions and business value\nProactive self-starter demonstrating a positive, willing attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAFe Agile Certification\n2+ years experience as a Scrum Master\nCertified Product Owner\nCertified Scrum Master\nPMI Project Management Professional (PMP)\nUnderstanding of AWS/Cloud technologies\nProven experience managing multiple baselines across multiple environments\nExperience with collaboration tools including Jira/Confluence\nExperience with ArcGIS or geospatial technologies\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
