MSS also plays a key role in advancing technology modernisation within Government, delivering scalable and adaptable solutions for complex enterprise challenges.\nThe Opportunity\nAs a Request Fulfilment Coordinator, you will support the effective delivery of service requests across a complex, mission-critical environment. Working closely with customers, governance stakeholders and service delivery teams, you will coordinate requests from initial receipt through to completion, helping ensure priorities remain visible and agreed outcomes are delivered.\nReceive, review, triage and assign service requests and related tasks to the appropriate service delivery teams.\nCoordinate request approvals and prioritisation with customer and governance stakeholders, providing clear updates throughout the request lifecycle.\nTrack concurrent activities, dependencies, risks and completion timeframes, engaging relevant teams to address issues and maintain progress.\nMaintain accurate service request records and metrics, support performance reporting, and identify opportunities to improve fulfilment processes and service efficiency.\nAbout You\nYou bring an organised and practical approach to coordinating multiple activities, with the communication skills to work effectively across customers, stakeholders and delivery teams. You are comfortable managing changing priorities, maintaining accurate information and following requests through to completion.\nEssential:\nExperience coordinating multiple concurrent requests or activities while managing priorities, dependencies, risks and timeframes.\nAbility to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide progress updates and support positive service outcomes.\nExperience developing effective working relationships across operational, technical and customer teams.\nCapability in maintaining records, tracking performance measures and producing accurate service reporting.\nAbility to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, with a practical approach to resolving issues and responding to changing priorities.\nAdvantageous:\nExperience working in a large, complex or mission-critical service delivery environment involving multiple delivery teams and customers.\nExperience within an Australian Government or Department of Defence environment.\nFamiliarity with Jira and Confluence.\nExperience identifying service request process improvements and supporting survey and quote coordination activities.\nThis role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold an NV-1 security clearance.\nIf this role interests you, we encourage you to apply.
