In this role, you will serve as a Corporate Work Plan (CWP), Primavera, and analytics expert supporting the daily operations of the FAA Central Service Area (CSA) Planning and Requirements Group (PRG). This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your project controls expertise to directly support the FAA’s mission.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, analyze, and maintain resource-loaded Primavera project schedules.\nTrack labor hours, budgeted units, resource assignments, and availability.\nPerform workload analysis to identify resource gaps and optimize utilization.\nSupport Corporate Work Plan activities including RAM analysis and team assignments.\nBuild and analyze Tableau dashboards and performance reports.\nProduce Planned vs. Actual, staffing, labor charging, and schedule performance reports.\nIdentify unstaffed or at-risk activities and recommend corrective actions.\nSupport baseline and re-baseline schedule processes for Project Implementation Managers.\nGenerate ad hoc reporting using Primavera, Tableau, and Excel.\nEnsure schedule quality and data integrity across all active projects.\nApply project controls best practices in cost, forecasting, earned value, and risk analysis.\nSupport Data Driven Decisions (3D) reporting initiatives.\nIdentify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.\nPresent findings and recommendations to project stakeholders.\nAssist with Corporate Work Plan updates and organizational changes.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field (experience may substitute).\n4+ years of experience scheduling projects using Primavera or Microsoft Project.\n4+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, including Tableau.\n4+ years developing resource-loaded project schedules.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate tactfully with diverse stakeholders and leadership.\nAbility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with the FAA Corporate Work Plan system or similar project management databases.\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
