Eligibility will be discussed during the recruitment process.\nWe’re looking for a Project Scheduler to play a key role in shaping and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a complex, high-profile programme. You'll help provide clear planning insight across multiple workstreams, ensuring dependencies, risks, and key milestones are understood, managed, and communicated effectively.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, influencing programme delivery, and supporting informed decision-making. You'll work closely with project and programme teams, using your expertise in Microsoft Project and integrated planning to help keep delivery on track.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDevelop, maintain, and manage the programme's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).\nBring together plans from multiple teams into a single, integrated schedule with clear logical links.\nIdentify critical paths, dependencies, and scheduling risks, highlighting potential impacts and mitigation options.\nReview project plans, providing constructive challenge to help ensure schedules are realistic, achievable, and aligned to programme objectives.\nCollaborate with Project Managers, PMO teams, and programme stakeholders to ensure plans remain accurate and up to date.\nProduce meaningful schedule reporting, analysis, and forecasts to support decision-making.\nHelp maintain consistent planning standards, assumptions, baselines, and governance processes.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're interested in hearing from people who can demonstrate some or all of the following:\nExperience in scheduling, planning, or project controls within complex programmes or portfolios.\nKnowledge of integrated planning, dependency management, schedule assurance, and critical path analysis.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and the creation or maintenance of integrated schedules.\nAbility to analyse complex information and provide constructive challenge where appropriate.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.\nA collaborative approach and a willingness to work across teams to achieve shared outcomes.\nWhat we do for you:\nAt Leidos we are PASSIONATE about customer success, UNITED as a team and INSPIRED to make a difference.
