We offer a robust benefits package including competitive salaries, a 401(K) retirement plan, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, flexible work schedules for work/life balance, and tuition reimbursement.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLead the team in executing Continuous Flow/ Kanban or planned sprint activities. \nFacilitate and lead all team ceremonies, including Refinements/Sprint Planning, Daily Boardwalks/Standups, Retrospectives, and Reviews/Demos, using relevant metrics and data to drive continuous improvement. \nActively remove impediments by resolving blocking issues related to feature development, build and dependency challenges, operational support conflicts, and process. \nProvide timely status, risk, and dependency reporting to management, including sprint execution, team availability, and issues impacting delivery. \nHelp teams design, develop, document, configure, test, and debug applications and frameworks across the full software development life cycle, serving as a key contributor to system enhancements and new features. \nHelp the Agile Coach teach and execute hybrid SAFe 6 and Extreme Programming framework across the program. \nHelp team use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, refactoring, debugging, and test creation. \nHelp team to adopt DevSecOps concepts and tooling. \nCollaborate with and mentor junior team members to meet commitments and project milestones. \nCommunicate effectively with cross-functional internal teams, stakeholders, and, when necessary, external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery. \nParticipate in and lead teams through PI Planning events. \nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of prior experience. \nSAFe 6 Scrum Master certification. \nSignificant knowledge of DevSecOps methodology, security, and cloud environments.\nUnderstanding of sound software development principles and practices. Knowledge and experience with DevSecOps principles are a must.\nExperience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion. \nExperience working as a Team Coach, Scrum Master within the SAFe Framework. \nExperience with Kanban/Continuous Flow. \nUnderstanding of Extreme Programming principles. \nAbility to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. \nActive Secret Clearance.\nUS citizenship required. \n Preferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of or experience with AI-assisted coding (Claude Code, Codex etc.). \nKnowledge of or experience with microservices and cloud-based environments. \nKnowledge of or experience with Terraform / Ansible.\nKnowledge of or experience with Cloud Certifications. \nKnowledge of or experience with Operations Experience. \nAdvanced SAFe 6 or AI-Native SAFe certifications. \nSAFe 6 DevOps certification. \nSAFe 6 Leading SAFe certification. \nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
