This developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure full-stack solutions that support program transparency, fiscal responsibility, and operational agility. This opportunity requires local, on-site support with some remote capability.\nCLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:\nMust have an active Top Secret security clearance. TS/SCI preferred; US Citizenship required.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop and maintain scalable, secure full stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies\nCollaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and mission stakeholders to define, develop, and implement financial tool capabilities\nIntegrate with DoD financial management systems and ensure data compliance with government regulations\nBuild RESTful APIs and microservices that ensure clean, secure data pipelines\nApply secure coding practices in accordance with DoD STIGs and RMF guidelines\nImplement role-based access controls and maintain system integrity through audit-compliant design\nParticipate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, testing, and release processes\nSupport DevSecOps pipeline integration and CI/CD automation\n BASIC REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor Degree and 8 years of experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. \n8+ years of full stack development experience supporting web-based applications.\nAdvanced experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)\nBack-end expertise with C#, Node.js, .NET Core, Java, or Python.\nExperience with SQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.\nKnowledge of DevSecOps, Git version control, and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)\nWorking knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GovCloud).\nAdvanced understanding of application security, RBAC, and API development.\nExperience working within DoD or federal IT environments.\n PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\nFamiliarity with DoD budgeting processes (e.g., POM, O&M, RDT&E).\nExperience developing financial or audit-traceable platforms.\nUnderstanding of STIGs, ACAS scanning, RMF documentation, and system hardening.\nPrior work on software tools used for budget forecasting, contract execution, or manpower allocation.\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
