You'll work with advanced networking technologies, resolve critical incidents, support network migrations, and help improve overall network performance and security.\nWe're looking for someone with strong enterprise networking experience, Cisco SD-WAN expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues in a mission-critical environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the Army's global network operations, ensuring 24/7/365 availability, performance, and security.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents, outages, and connectivity issues.\nConfigure, maintain, and support Cisco SD-WAN and enterprise networking technologies.\nExecute approved network configuration changes, security updates, and remediation activities.\nManage incident and service request tickets using Jira Service Desk or other ITSM tools.\nMonitor network performance, capacity, and reliability and recommend improvements.\nSupport network migrations, system integrations, cutovers, and modernization initiatives.\nWork with engineering teams and mission partners to identify and resolve network issues.\nProvide timely operational updates to the Global Cyber Center (GCC) and program leadership.\nSupport environments using VMware, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and InfoVista.\nParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including occasional nights, weekends, holidays, and mission-driven surge support.\nCollaborate with technical teams to improve network stability, security, and operational efficiency.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
