As a key member of the program team, you will work directly with the program managers to help define each program's financial goals and objectives; create and maintain a program's budget, analyze progress reported against the program baseline; identify risks and opportunities against the program baseline; and recommend actions to improve progress to achieve flawless program execution.\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nPrepare and present financial forecasts, reports, and analysis.\nWork closely with other functional areas on financial related elements while managing a program general ledger, and monitoring programs cash flow.\nDevelop and drive financial forecasts, EACs; manage subcontractors and analyze the program’s revenue and costs.\nHelp program managers identify programmatic risks and opportunities that will impact program financials while recommending cost reductions and ways to mitigate risk.\nResponsible for financial performance of the program to include the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly/Quarterly forecast and FP&A activities.\nMonth-end closings and variance/trend analyses\nCash management to Inventory analysis as well as timely submittal of invoices, collections, and unbilled reduction.\nDeliverables: Estimate at Completion (EACs), Quarterly Financial Status Reviews (QFSR), monthly and quarterly business reviews (IPR), and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).\nPricing for on-contract growth.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline plus 8 years’ related experience. \nDemonstrated knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts. \nAnalytical, communication, and presentations skills needed. \nExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles. \nExperience with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) milestone contracts and cash/balance sheet forecasting.\nUS citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of Leidos financial systems such as: CostPoint, Cognos, Fusion, and Insight. \nProficient in Microsoft applications, such as: Project, Excel, Power Point and Word. \nManufacturing experience and experience with international business arrangements preferred. \nExperience with Capex & Inventory accounting.\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
