MSS also plays a key role in advancing technology modernisation within Government, delivering scalable and adaptable solutions for complex enterprise challenges.\nThe Opportunity\nAs the Senior Project Manager within the GEO SPACES program, you will lead the planning and delivery of GEOINT capability activities, bringing together schedules, stakeholders, benefits and delivery priorities to support clearly defined capability outcomes. You will:\nDevelop and maintain integrated delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies and critical paths, providing a clear and coordinated view of delivery across the program.\nCoordinate customer, operational, technical and program stakeholders to align activities, manage interdependencies and support effective delivery decisions.\nEstablish practical project and benefits management approaches that connect delivery activities with intended GEOINT capability outcomes.\nDevelop plans, frameworks, governance artefacts and concise reporting that give leaders and customers visibility of progress, risks, issues, decisions and change.\nAbout You\nYou will bring experience delivering complex projects in Defence or technology environments, with the ability to create structure around interconnected activities and communicate delivery priorities clearly to varied audiences.\nEssential:\nExperience in project management within complex Defence or technology environments.\nKnowledge of ADF and GEOINT environments, supported by delivery experience within GEOINT or geospatial programs.\nCapability in integrated scheduling, planning and delivery management, including the management of milestones, dependencies and critical paths.\nExperience developing and managing benefits realisation or benefits management activities linked to capability outcomes.\nAbility to articulate complex capability outcomes, dependencies, risks and benefits for leadership, customer, technical and delivery audiences.\nExperience producing structured plans, frameworks, governance artefacts, briefings and delivery reports.\nCapability in stakeholder engagement across customer, operational, technical and program teams.\nAdvantageous:\nRelevant project management qualifications or professional credentials.\nFurther experience delivering GEOINT or geospatial capability programs.\nThis role does requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold an active TSPV Clearance, accompanied by the ability to be successful for a DISA.\nDue to the nature of our work, applicants must be Australian Citizens and be eligible to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the role.
