These efforts focus on delivering mission-critical, future-ready solutions that provide safety-critical flight services to the pilot community.\nAs a member of a Scaled Agile software development organization, you will contribute to the technical execution of a program that integrates proven, globally deployed technologies with modern cloud-native capabilities. You will work alongside cross-functional teams and technical leaders to deliver predictable outcomes in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.\nIn this position, you will be responsible for integrating and testing software that provides flight planning and other services to the pilot community. This position supports government programs and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Public Trust investigation.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with System Engineering team to develop comprehensive integration and verification plans that map requirements to test cases, pass/fail criteria and traceability artifacts.\nAble to understand System Level Requirements and perform system interface checkouts\nAnalyze identified issues in conjunction with System Engineering and Software in regard to developing solutions\nLearn system architecture, design, functions and capabilities to support the integration and test of the new capabilities and enhancements\nDesign, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures to verify software functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements\nDebug system level issues and provide detailed supporting data on identified issues\nDocument and track system defects and verify fixes\nPerform testing in physical and virtual test labs to ensure the system, test procedure, and test inputs are prepared to execute with the customer present\nExecute manual and automated test procedures that verify the system is properly configured\nCoordinate activities, communication, and planning efforts with the customer and Leidos personnel\nPerform formal test execution with the customer and quality assurance organizations present\nDemonstrate test execution to the customer on a run for record to achieve customer acceptance of the content per release\nApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 9+ years of professional experience; or a master’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 7+ years of professional experience.\nExperience and familiarity with Agile methodology, principles, and tools\nAbility to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance from the FAA customer.\nExperience in following a documented Integration and Test Development Process\nDeveloped and executed automated system integration and test solutions\nExperience in the use of UNIX and Linux operating systems\nProficiency in building and maintaining automated test suites\nStrong integration skills with hands-on experience integrating large software complex systems\nStrong written and verbal communication skills to interface with internal and external customers\nUS Citizenship\nDesired Skills:\nAir Traffic Control and Flight Service Experience\nKnowledge of AI-assisted development workflows and tools (i.e. Claude Code, Codex, etc.)\nKnowledge of air traffic control systems, general aviation, and/or flight services\nPractical knowledge of FAA/DoD systems, technical policies, standards and orders\n\nATMC\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
