Share your resume with us today!\nPosition Summary:\nWe are seeking an experienced Sensor Systems Program Manager to lead the sustainment of a complex radar system throughout its operational lifecycle. The Program Manager will have overall responsibility for program execution, customer relationships, cost and schedule performance, risk management, and coordination of technical and functional teams supporting the radar system.\nThis position will serve as the primary program interface between the customer, engineering, operations, contracts, finance, supply chain, and other supporting organizations. The successful candidate will ensure sustainment activities are executed effectively while maintaining system availability, meeting contractual commitments, and addressing emerging operational requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the overall execution of the radar system sustainment program, including cost, schedule, performance, and contractual requirements.\nServe as the primary point of contact for the customer on program execution, sustainment activities, issues, and priorities.\nDevelop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.\nManage program financial performance, including funding, expenditures, forecasts, and variance analysis.\nCoordinate sustainment activities across engineering, maintenance, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, contracts, and other functional organizations.\nMonitor radar system performance, availability, reliability, and maintainability and drive corrective actions as required.\nIdentify, assess, and manage program risks, opportunities, dependencies, and issues.\nLead program reviews and communicate program status, performance, risks, and recovery plans to senior leadership and customers.\nEnsure contractual deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements are met.\nCoordinate resolution of technical, supply, maintenance, and operational issues that could impact system availability or mission readiness.\nSupport forecasting and planning for long-term sustainment requirements, including spares, obsolescence, repairs, upgrades, and system modifications.\nManage subcontractor and supplier performance as applicable.\nSupport proposals, contract modifications, and new sustainment business opportunities.\nEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with government customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and program partners.\nEnsure compliance with applicable company policies, contractual requirements, and government regulations.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, program management, or a related field with 12+ years of experience.\n7+years of program or project management experience supporting defense, aerospace, or other complex mission systems.\nDemonstrated experience managing radar systems, including radar system operations, sustainment, maintenance, upgrades, or lifecycle management.\nDemonstrated experience managing programs involving multiple technical and functional organizations.\nExperience managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk on complex programs.\nStrong customer relationship and communication skills.\nExperience working in a government contracting environment.\nExperience with radar system sustainment, maintenance, depot repair, field support, or system upgrades.\nExperience with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition and sustainment processes.\nExperience managing government contracts and contract modifications.\nUnderstanding of systems engineering, reliability, maintainability, and obsolescence management.\nExperience managing geographically dispersed teams and suppliers.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior leadership.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nMust possess an active DoD Secret security clearance.(U.S. Citizenship is required)\nExperience with Microsoft Office and program management tools.\nDesired Attributes:\nThe ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader who can balance customer needs, technical challenges, financial objectives, and contractual requirements.
