We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer who can hit the ground running with minimal spin up time. The customer requires support specializing in software development to provide development and operations and maintenance (O&M) support to a ServiceNow platform used in the organization to track requests, tasks, and metrics.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nThe customer will provides development support to enable mission by delivering products and services to collect, analyze and manipulate data. \nThe customer requires support specializing in software development to provide development and operations and maintenance (O&M) support to a ServiceNow platform used by the organization to track requests, tasks, and metrics. \nWork will include implementing configuration and customization of the platform to address the business needs, as well as assisting the customer in establishing governance and change management. \nThe Team will implement the full software development lifecycle to support the development of custom workflows in the ServiceNow platform and have a good understanding ServiceNow business needs. \nThey will implement and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet the customer’s mission requirements, be responsible for administration of the ServiceNow front-end, and provide O&M for the ServiceNow front-end. \nThey will also define data tables and business logic in the ServiceNow platform; provide administration of ServiceNow user roles, groups and permissions; and support data transformation activities to load information into the ServiceNow platform. \nThe team will manage the migration of update sets to sub-prod and prod environments, troubleshoot production problems related to the ServiceNow platform, and provide ServiceNow integration support with external systems and data sources. \nThey will also provide development support to applications that will interface with the ServiceNow platform to ensure a seamless integration and work with a team to develop and deploy custom workflows, including the organization's project manager, systems engineer(s), system architect(s) and system integrator(s). \nThe team should be prepared to follow an agile software development methodology for planning, implementing and delivering ServiceNow capabilities\nBasic Qualifications\nMust have an active TS/SCI with poly to be considered.\nMust have a Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of relatable experience OR Masters and at least 10 years of experience. \nExperience with JavaScript.\nDemonstrated experience with web-based technologies, such as XML, HTML, or CSS.\nDemonstrated experience with relational databases.\nDemonstrated experience with the implementation and customization of ServiceNow modules.\nDemonstrated experience modifying ServiceNow tables.\nDemonstrated experience with the ServiceNow business rules and scripting aspects of the ServiceNow platform. \nDemonstrated experience performing administration duties in ServiceNow.\nDemonstrated experience troubleshooting problems in ServiceNow.\nDemonstrated experience providing integration and development support for external\nPreferred Qualifications\nDemonstrated experience using the Sponsors ServiceNow Platform.\nDemonstrated experience developing custom workflows in ServiceNow.\nCertification as a ServiceNow Developer\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
