At a minimum, a Secret clearance is required upon the start of employment and within 14 days following the start date the employee must obtain their Security + certification.\nThe ServiceNow System Integration Test Manager is responsible for working within a fast paced, Agile team to verify and validate changes made to the system as well as develop more efficient and modern test techniques and processes through automation testing. The ServiceNow System Integration Test Manager will perform validations of configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation. Works with external and internal stakeholders to understand and confirm the delivery of the digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs and key ITIL processes like Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and other modules.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nUnderstanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements analysis and design.\nWork with the team to ensure delivery of quality software using Agile Scrum development and test practices. \nCreate automation tests utilizing the ServiceNow’s Automation Test Framework (ATFs) \nImplement continuous automated regression testing to improve system reliability, reduce deployment risk, and accelerate delivery of mission capabilities.\nEstablish automated regression testing to ensure new capabilities do not impact existing mission-critical functionality.\nAnalyze capability requirements and collaborate with the technical leads to ensure verifiable implementations. \nSupport identifying the testable acceptance criteria in user stories. \nTest ServiceNow capabilities developed as part of user stories defined in the sprint plan. \nSupport the independent testers with development and execution of test procedures. \nParticipate in sprint reviews to address testing results. \nParticipate and guide the team in sprint planning sessions. \nTranslating and interpreting functional requirements into test cases. \nPerform regression testing, covering full suite of Operational Test Scenarios for builds and/or images to be delivered to customer. \nPrepare test report summarizing test results including anomalies, systems errors, and configuration changes. \nSupport the software configuration management process and understand software components and their interface requirements. \nDevelop detailed test plans, test data, and define test acceptance criteria. \nSupport customer demonstration, data prep and UAT activities. \nUse the Atlassian Jira tool to document and maintain all testing updates and creation of defects. \nAssist in maintaining the validation portion of the requirements traceability for software systems (RVTM). \nWorks with and mentor junior developers to guide and coach them throughout each project. \nBasic Qualifications\nRequires a US Citizenship. \nObtain an active security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher (i.e., Security+) within 14 days of hire.\nHold an active DoD Secret clearance. \nMust be able to commute to Scott AFB, IL, Ft. Meade, MD, or Ogden, UT for full time on-site support \nBachelor’s Degree with 12 - 15 years of relevant experience or master’s with 10 -13 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable. \nTest data management and testing automation. \nFamiliarity with the ServiceNow platform\nExperience with DevOps, continuous integration tools and source control tools. \nExperience with agile development and testing methodologies. \nThe ability to work on a multidisciplinary team. \nWilling to assist and train junior testers. \nPreferred Qualifications\nPossesses 3-5 years’ experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration management and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. \nPrior knowledge and experience with ServiceNow’s ATFs \nExperience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for software development.\nServiceNow Platforms modules: Discovery, Event Management, Scripting, Service Mapping, Business Rules, Custom applications, Orchestration, Workflows, Service Catalog. \nDemonstrated ability to perform code analysis and troubleshoot difficult technical issues, ability to identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions. \nUnderstanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certified \nAWS cloud certifications \nKnowledge of Agile development methodologies. \nKnowledge of Jira and Confluence. \nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
