The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks across our facility. This role requires a proactive approach, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLead and perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems.\nMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities, incident reports, and equipment histories.\nRespond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency maintenance situations promptly and effectively.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and standards.\nCollaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality and safety standards.\nManage ordering, shipping, and receiving all facility supplies and materials.\nInstall, operate, maintain, repair and modify facility equipment.\nWork with electricity, wiring up new equipment, replacing motors , troubleshooting low voltage systems and testing wire across the site.\nPulling, splicing, and terminating fiber optic cables to support network infrastructure.\nManaging, routing, labeling, and organizing facility cable for clean and safe workspaces.\nFix plumbing issues, including repairing toilets and broken pipes.\nPerform grounds and general maintenance, monitor and inspect all areas of the facility to keep equipment and buildings in good shape.\nPerform painting, snow removal, lawn care, and daily janitorial tasks.\nAssist in maintaining inventory of supplies and tools.\nMentor and support junior technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.\nAssist in budgeting, inventory management, and procurement of supplies and tools.\nComplete daily janitorial and cleaning tasks.\nBasic Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Polygraph prior to start.\nMinimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance or a related technical role.\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nLead and perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs across electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems.\nProven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.\nStrong knowledge of building systems, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.\nAbility to troubleshoot and perform repairs in multiple trades.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nCommunicate clearly with occupants regarding issue status, expected timelines, and resolution.\nAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.\nPhysical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.\nundefined\nPreferred Qualifications\nTechnical certifications or licenses in HVAC, plumbing.\nStrong knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.\n Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.\nEC-DAS\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
