As a Storage Engineer, you’ll help ensure enterprise storage and data protection services remain secure, reliable and ready to support critical operations.\nYou will:\nManage and maintain enterprise storage and data protection platforms, with a focus on NetApp and Commvault.\nDesign, implement, administer and upgrade storage infrastructure, including associated firmware and software.\nDeliver backup, restore and recovery activities to support operational requirements and incident response.\nContribute to reliable and secure storage services through capacity and performance management, ITSM processes, post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.\nAbout You\nYou’ll bring practical experience working with enterprise storage and data protection technologies, along with the ability to operate effectively in large-scale engineering environments.\nEssential:\nSubstantial hands-on experience with NetApp storage technologies and Commvault data protection.\nExperience administering large-scale enterprise storage and backup environments.\nCapability in storage capacity planning, utilisation and performance management, including experience with AIQUM.\nExperience working within large enterprise or project-based engineering environments.\nKnowledge of ITSM practices, including incident and problem management, root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.\nAdvantageous:\nRelevant NetApp certifications or equivalent professional experience.\nExperience with cloud infrastructure environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nThis role requiresthe successful applicant to be an Australian citizenand hold, or be eligible to obtain,NV1 security clearance.\nCertain roles may be subject International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements which may limit persons who hold dual nationality with certain proscribed countries from accessing material, or in the case of dual Australian-U.S citizens, may require the candidate to obtain a U.S. Persons Abroad authorisation from the U.S DDTC.\nIf this role interests you, we encourage you to apply.
