# Structural Analyst Section Manager

Leidos Defense Systems - Land Systems Business Area Leidos is seeking a Structural Analyst Section Manager to join the Defense Systems - Land Systems Business Area. This position combines hands-on technical engineering responsibilities with direct leadership and personnel management. Primary Responsibilities Lead and support the organizational needs of approximately 6-8 employees. Report personnel coverage, administrative matters, and other issues to the Branch Manager weekly or as required. Coordinate with organizations across the enterprise to identify and manage work assignments for section employees. Supervise employee performance and provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and feedback throughout the year. Prepare and conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports. Perform additional leadership responsibilities as directed by the Branch Manager and other division leaders. Serve primarily in a technical engineering capacity (approximately 90%), with approximately 10% direct line-management responsibilities.
