You'll work with advanced workstations, graphics systems, laboratory equipment, and specialized technologies supporting engineering analysis, parametric modeling, and foreign material exploitation.\nThis is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a mission focused environment where system reliability, security, and performance directly support national security operations.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving Windows systems, hardware, software, and network components within established timelines.\nSupport Windows 11 upgrades, system maintenance, software updates, and hardware replacements.\nPerform Active Directory administration, including account creation and troubleshooting.\nSupport SCCM deployments, SQL Server troubleshooting, and Group Policy updates.\nImplement and maintain Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) configurations and updates.\nTrack and document change requests and trouble tickets using ServiceNow or Remedy AR.\nMaintain configuration management records, asset lifecycle documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nPrepare weekly reports documenting completed work and system activities.\nSupport desktop system updates, security accreditation activities, and system authorizations.\nAssist with Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities and compliance with ODNI, ATLAS, DORA, ORCA, DIA, DoD, DISA, Navy, NIA, and ONI policies.\nCollaborate with technical teams to support IT infrastructure, applications, and services.\nBasic Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI clearance in DISS and required program access.\nBachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience. Additional training, certifications, or work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nActive DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (such as CompTIA Security+ CE) or the ability to obtain within 30 days of offer acceptance.\n5+ years of Windows Systems Administration experience, including Windows 11 upgrades and extensive knowledge of Windows hardware, software, and networking components.\nHands-on experience with Active Directory administration and account creation, SCCM deployments, SQL Server troubleshooting, Group Policy management, and STIG implementation and updates.\nExperience with IT infrastructure installation, evaluation, maintenance, and Microsoft Azure Cloud Administration.\nKnowledge and experience with C&A, DIACAP, RMF, ICD-503, and/or NIST Framework requirements.\nExperience maintaining technical documentation, preparing weekly reports, and creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nStrong troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with technical teams to support services and applications.\nAbility to work onsite during core business hours.\nPreferred Qualifications\n1+ years of experience with Lynex administration.\nCurrent Microsoft Azure certification(s).\nActive DoD TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.\nDABAOPP1\nNITESONI\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
