The program supports a complex and evolving mission where experienced cleared professionals operate side-by-side with the customer to architect, integrate, modernize, and optimize systems that directly drive operational outcomes.\nJob Summary\nLeidos is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions for satellite collection-based systems. This role contributes to systems engineering activities across hardware, software, network, and Radio Frequency (RF) components supporting mission-critical communication and signal processing environments. The ideal candidate has foundational experience in RF and signal processing systems development and demonstrates the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nSupport the design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions for satellite collection-based systems.\nContribute to systems engineering activities across hardware, software, network, and RF components to ensure operational performance and interoperability.\nAssist in the development and integration of Radio Frequency (RF) and signal processing systems for communication system applications.\nSupport system requirements analysis, architecture development, verification, and validation activities.\nParticipate in system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation to ensure compliance with technical and mission requirements.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation including system engineering artifacts, test plans, interface control documents, and configuration management records.\nCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support lifecycle sustainment activities.\nBasic Qualifications\nMinimum of seven (7) years of Systems Engineering experience on programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.\nBachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related technical discipline.
