Our work rhythm revolves around the Scrum agile framework to deliver incremental enhancements on a 3-week cycle. Team members actively participate in planning deliverables and grooming the Jira backlog. We rely on team collaboration to continually fine tune performance and ensure clear communication. The Scrum Master is a central figure in orchestrating these processes.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph\nTypically requires BS degree and 12+ years of prior relevant, additional experience in lieu of degree.\nExperience working as a Scrum Master or Team Lead for a software development or similar technical team\nExperience using agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, VersionOne)\nExperience facilitating self-organizing teams to ensure each team is making progress against sprint commitments\nExperience working with the Product Owner(s) and customer to determine priorities for sprint planning\nExperience running test and deployment readiness reviews\nExperience with continuous improvement as part of the Retrospective process\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills\nDesired Qualifications\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar agile project management certification (PMI-ACP)\nPrior experience as a JAVA/Python developer or tester\nFIP\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
