You’ll:\nSupport the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems\nManage and monitor client/server, storage, and network environments\nProvide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (escalation) support\nTroubleshoot system issues and apply patches, updates, and configuration changes\nManage user accounts, password resets, VPN access, and PKI-related tasks\nConfigure and maintain Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems\nSupport virtualized and storage environments\nDocument processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures\nContribute to reports and technical deliverables\nUse ticketing systems and internal tools to track and resolve issues\nYou’ll also provide hands-on support to users both at headquarters and across the enterprise-delivering excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities.\nWork Environment\nOn-site support: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM\nSmall team environment () with strong collaboration\nDirect interaction with end users and mission stakeholders\nWhat You Bring\nYou’re a problem-solver who enjoys working in dynamic environments and supporting mission-critical systems.\nBasic Qualifications\n 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator (or similar role)\nBachelor’s degree in a technical field.
