This highly dynamic IDIQ environment includes numerous simultaneous task orders and a broad network of vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. To explore and learn more, click here!\nJoin a team committed to a mission!\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nThe Task Order Manager Lead will oversee day-to-day technical and administrative operations, including:\nLeading and managing technical task order teams\nCoordinating priorities and assignments with government stakeholders and internal Leidos leadership\nProviding leadership and guidance to analysts and technicians\nIdentifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to AIS sustainment, upgrades, and obsolescence\nPreparing and delivering clear written and verbal communication, including authoring requirements documents and advising the customer on technical issues\nRequired Experience, Skills, and Education:\nBachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience in managing government programs (additional experience, training, or certifications may substitute for degree)\nUS Citizen: Possessing an active DoD Secret clearance.\nProven technical knowledge of F-16 Automatic Test Equipment and associated Support Equipment\nDemonstrated experience with F-16 AIS variants, including AIS, IAIS, VXI-IAIS, R-IAIS, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Support Equipment Recommendation Data (SERD) hardware, and related ancillary SE\nProven management experience in planning, directing, and coordinating program support activities; interfacing with government personnel; conducting feasibility studies; cost evaluation; standards compliance; and logistics support analysis for military systems\nFamiliarity with Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) development and execution\nPreferred Experience, Skills, and Education:\nMaster’s Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.\nPMP Certificate\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nF-16 Avionics Project Management\nF-16 Production Supervisor experience\nAMSOPP1\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
