# Technician

The National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC) Division of the Leidos Fed Civ IT Business Area currently has an opening for a Technician. This position will be part of a dynamic team working to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Oklahoma City at their Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center location. The Technician will provide the AJW-142 En Route Surveillance Team, Long Range Radar (AJW-142) radar technician services. This position is remote within Texas or Louisiana. Must live in either of these states. Up to 50% travel. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate with Airway Transportation Systems Specialists (ATSS) to assist maintenance, modification, and repair needs for Air Route Surveillance Radar Model 4 (ARSR-4) or Common Air Route Surveillance Radar (CARSR) systems, provide technical guidance, assist with obtaining parts, and perform on-site support as needed. Troubleshoot complex electrical, electronic, and electromechanical problems, isolate faults, and support restoration of radar systems to operational service. Provide electrical and electromechanical fabrication, assembly, installation, and deployment support for radar systems and components.
