In this role, you will help maintain and enhance critical voice communications systems that directly support national security operations. You’ll work with a talented team to ensure reliable telephone services, deliver exceptional customer support, and assist in modernizing legacy telephony technologies.\nThis role is open to candidates across a range of experience levels. The scope of the position and corresponding compensation will be aligned with the selected candidate’s background and expertise.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nSupport day-to-day operation and maintenance of enterprise telephone systems, including PBX and voicemail platforms.\nComplete moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for users and equipment, ensuring accurate updates to system databases.\nTroubleshoot telephony issues, diagnose service disruptions, and coordinate repairs as needed.\nProvide responsive customer service, user training, and support for service requests in accordance with established SLAs.\nAssist in the transition from legacy telephony systems to modern enterprise solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree with 2+ or 4+ years of experience; Associate’s degree with 4+ or 6+ years of experience; HS Diploma/ GED with 6+ or 8+ years of experience.\nActive TS/SCI clearance in DISS and required program access.\nActive Security+ or higher certification.\nExperience with enterprise telephony systems (PBX, voicemail, wiring, cabling).\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Nortel/Avaya PBX or CallPilot systems.\nBackground supporting DoD or IC environments.\nFamiliarity with Unified Communications technologies.\nNITESONI\nDABAOPP1\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
