This position provides high-volume support to employees and managers related to timesheets, payroll, and other pay-related matters.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nServe as a point of contact for employee and manager questions related to timekeeping and payroll, researching issues and providing guidance or escalation as appropriate.\n\nAssist employees with time sheet entries and corrections in the system of varying complexity in accordance with established timekeeping and payroll procedures.\n\nReview payroll and timekeeping information to identify issues and assist with resolution.\n\nAssist employees and managers with timecard questions and transactions.\n\nProcess garnishments and garnishment refunds in accordance with established procedures.\n\nProcess Notification of Change (NOC) and direct deposit returns and assist with employee banking and payment issues.\n\nRespond to a high-volume of employee inquiries through phone and case management systems, providing research, guidance, resolution, or escalation as appropriate.\n\nProcess Approver Group and Modifier Group tickets, including updates to manager approval groups for timecard approval and required follow-up.\n\nProvide payroll and timekeeping information to HR, Legal, management, and other teams as needed.\n\nSupport payroll and timekeeping audits, reporting, and special projects.\n\nIdentify recurring issues and escalate when needed.\n\nMaintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma/GED and 2+ years of payroll or timekeeping experience.\n\nExperience with Deltek, Costpoint, and or any other timekeeping systems.\n\nDeadline oriented and ability to multi-task.\n\nProven working experience in providing customer phone and ticket support.\n\nStrong Client-facing and communication skills.\n\nStrong knowledge of time charging and payroll policies/procedures, adhering to company and federal labor laws.\n\nWorking knowledge of helpdesk software, databases, and remote control.\n\nExperience supporting payroll and/or timekeeping processes.\n\nAbility to research and resolve employee questions and issues.\n\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience handling confidential employee information.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office.\n\nExperience working with payroll, timekeeping, or case management systems.\n\nAbility to work U.S. East Coast business hours and additional hours as needed.\n\nU.S. citizenship required with the ability to obtain a security clearance as needed.\n\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience researching payroll and timekeeping issues.\n\nExperience working with HR, Payroll, Legal, or other internal teams.\n\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
