This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to support the UAM tool and its hosted infrastructure. The ITP mission is to identify insider threats to the department by utilizing advanced analytics, monitoring, and data correlation which in turn help address and eliminate potential threat actors from compromising the DHS mission in safeguarding the homeland.\nThe selected candidate will be responsible for the following:\nResponsible for the deployment, maintenance, and configuration of UAM software solutions to detect and mitigate insider threats, ensuring system functionality, coverage, and user training across enterprise environments.\nExecute all updates, changes, deployments, and sustainment activities for the UAM software solution.\nEnsure proper functionality, resolve coverage gaps, and maintain enterprise-wide deployment integrity.\nProvide guidance on upgrades and system recapitalization, perform availability/capacity management and support all networking requirements and ensure full availability of all network switches and routers.\nOversee High Speed Guard Cross Domain solution that supports the transfer of data between multiple classification domains.\nSupport all documentation to effectively capture the configuration baseline.\nEvaluating, coordinating and performing installation and/or reconfiguration of hardware and software elements of networks.\nAssist with design, implementation, and integration of network changes. IP address management IPAM, switch setup, and network operations support.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelors degree and (12)+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with (10)+ years of prior relevant experience \nExperience with technical planning, system hardware-software-network design, development and integration, verification and validation, and fielding.\nExperience performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance. \nExperienced and adept at developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.\nExperienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management, and customer stakeholders.\nExperience with EverFox or other similar User Activity Monitoring products and platform.\nAvailable to support after-hours response to the Late shift Analyst team as needed.\nAvailable to conduct after hours maintenance windows for the network.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nActive Top Secret government clearance; ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree from an accredited college or university in IT Management, Engineering, or related field \nProven experience (10+ years) in IT service delivery management \nExperience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms\nExperience with Everfox or other similar High Speed Guard Platforms\nExperience in supporting classified networks\nExperience with VLAN, routing, IP addressing and sub-netting.\nExperience troubleshooting and configuring IP networks using at least one of the following routing methods: BGP, ISIS, OSPF or Static routing.\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
