This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building engaging websites and producing high-quality video and digital content in support of technical training.\nJoin a small, highly specialized team committed to a “can’t fail” mission.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain training-focused websites and digital content to support Navy sonar training programs.\n\nProduce and edit micro-learning videos, including graphics, audio, and motion elements, for multiple Acoustic Capability Build (ACB) variants.\n\nCollaborate with subject-matter experts to translate technical content into clear, engaging web and video learning experiences.\n\nSupport content publishing and updates within learning platforms (e.g., Moodle or similar systems).\n\nAssist with reviewing storyboards, preparing media assets, and packaging/testing final deliverables.\n\nPerform light site and content administration tasks (e.g., posting updates, organizing content), not enterprise IT administration.\n\nRequired Experience, Skills, and Education\nHigh School diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience in website development, multimedia production, or digital content creation.\n\nHands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:\nPhotoshop and Illustrator\n\nPremiere Pro and After Effects\n\nAudition and Media Encoder\n\nExperience developing or maintaining websites (HTML/CSS familiarity required; content-focused rather than backend engineering).\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team.\n\nMust hold, or be able to obtain, a DoD Secret security clearance.\n\nAbility to travel up to 10%, if required.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience creating content for training or learning environments (e-learning, micro-learning, or instructional media).\n\nWorking knowledge of SharePoint for content publishing, site configuration, page editing, or document management is a plus\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or similar.\n\nBasic knowledge of JavaScript or other web scripting languages.\n\nExperience working with Moodle or other learning management systems.\n\nPrior exposure to U.S. Navy programs or sonar systems is a plus, but not required.\n\nWhy This Role Is Different\nThis position is not an IT or SharePoint administrator role.
