Apply today to become part of the Leidos team that is assisting CESO as they migrate to a high security cloud environment by providing network and communication services, monitoring services, and system administration.\nThis position is based in San Antonio, TX and is 100% on-site.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nAdminister and maintain Windows Server environments across physical and virtual infrastructure.\nManage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft-based infrastructure services.\nPerform server installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.\nMonitor server performance, availability, capacity, and system health.\nManage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and access controls.\nSupport virtualization platforms such as VMware.\nImplement and maintain server backup and disaster-recovery procedures.\nTroubleshoot operating-system, application, network, and server-related issues.\nApply security updates, hardening standards, and vulnerability remediation.\nMaintain technical documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.\nParticipate in incident response, change management, and infrastructure projects.\nAutomate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell where appropriate.\nProvide escalation-level support for Windows infrastructure issues.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree and 2+ years of overall related experience with a Windows servers environment. Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.\nAn active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.\nCurrently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce.\nComfortable working 24×7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nCandidate may be asked to obtain CI Poly in future\nExperience with configuration, troubleshooting and maintaining VMware environments.\nExperience with PowerShell scripting and experience in other languages like Python.\nExperience with application of security settings and other commercial best practices such as DISA STIGS.\nProficient with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft-based infrastructure services.\nExperience with System (hardware) and application (software) installation and configuration.\nApplication of security settings and other commercial best practices such as DISA STIGS.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experienced with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners\nTS/SCI w/CI Poly Preferred\nExperience with AWS EC2, S3. \nCandidates with a thorough knowledge of networking principles to included TCP/IP a plus. \nExperience with a ticketing system such as BMC Remedy.\nLinux OS experience.\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
