Apply today!\nEssential Functions:\nAssist Manufacturing Supervisor in overseeing employees who are responsible aseptic filling of sterile ophthalmic and injectable solutions.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing Supervisors to ensure completion of filling of products to meet scheduled release dates.\nProvide strong people leadership with a focus on creating/maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication, performance management, accountability, etc.\nEnsure training on SOPs and processes remains current.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, safety standards, and GMPs.\nCollect data to support production efficiencies including processing time, downtime, and waste.\nPerform investigations, Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA), and support deviation resolution for non-conformances in the manufacturing department.\nWork with QA to quickly resolve any variance or document errors so that product may be released on time.\nLead trouble shooting and problem-solving activities in support of production operations.\nSupport and participate in process improvement projects and initiatives for the manufacturing department.\nSupport Supervisor in the management of daily staffing to meet the daily production schedule.\nOther duties as assigned. \nExperience & Necessary Skills:\n1-year previous leadership experience or comparable experience preferred.\nMinimum 1 years’ experience in aseptic processing preferred.\nKnowledge of cGMP guidelines/standards.\nAssociate's degree or high school diploma & equivalent, relevant experience.\nDemonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nStrong results orientation.\nMicrosoft Office skills, including use of spreadsheets and word processing programs.\nNegotiation and ability to effectively bring others together and reconcile differences.\nProficient written, verbal and oral English communication skills are required.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Microsoft, and Excel is required.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAble to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods when required.\nMaintain gown qualification for ISO 7 area and aseptic process qualification for ISO 5 area. \nBenefits:\nSmart healthcare coverage options that rewards wellness (and puts money back in your pocket!)\nFlexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts (FSA & HSA) available\nDental & Vision insurance \nEmployer Paid Life Insurance & Employee Assistance Program\nShort Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance\nUp to 4% 401K Matching (100% vested on day one!)\nGenerous Paid Time Off Options - vacation, sick, paid leaveand holidays!\n$5,250 Annual Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months\n$1,000 Referral Bonus Program with no limit\nEligible for annual bonus program \nShift: Monday-Friday 11:30 PM - 08:00 AM\nTimeline: We will be accepting applications on an ongoing basis until position is filled.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. \n*Please note that we do not work with third-party recruiters or agencies for this position.
