Globally recognized among top 18 Voice of Customer Award by Gartner recently.\n\nAbout the Role :\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain automated UI tests using Playwright.\n\n- Create and execute API test scripts to validate backend services.\n\n- Integrate automated tests into Jenkinsbased CI/CD workflows, leveraging Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.\n\n- Participate in agile ceremonies, applying shiftleft testing practices to catch defects early.\n\n- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define test requirements, review user stories, and provide clear defect reporting.\n\n- Monitor test results, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve test coverage and reliability.\n\n- Contribute to documentation of test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related technical field.\n\n- 3+ years of QA engineering experience in cloud-scale or enterprise software platforms.\n\n- Strong programming/scripting skills in languages (JavaScript/ typescript).\n\n- Hands-on experience with UI automation (Playwright) and API testing.\n\n- Proficiency integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes)\n\n- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and 'shift-left' testing principles.\n\n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of cross-team collaboration.\n\nPreferred Skills & Tools :\n\n- Cloud & Infrastructure : AWS, Azure or GCP services (Compute, Storage, Networking).\n\n- Containerization & Orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes.\n\n- Domain Expertise : Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP) or DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, Vault).\n\n-
