Ambition is sacred to us, and we've built a product that takes that seriously.\nWe're hiring a Sales Operations Intern to support our sales team as we scale both our B2B and B2C motions. You'll spend most of your time building and maintaining the systems behind our funnel: outbound and inbound automations, lead sourcing and routing, CRM hygiene, and sales reporting. You'll work directly with our sales team and leadership and get an honest look at how revenue gets built at a growth-stage startup. You will report directly to Katie Ostberg. This is a great fit for someone with an engineering mindset who loves building systems and leveraging AI.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain outbound automations in Instantly and inbound workflows in HubSpot across B2B and B2C\n\nOwn lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing so the right leads reach the right rep or sequence\n\nOwn CRM hygiene: confirm deals are getting updated correctly, make sure every new lead gets a follow-up task, and flag reps whose deals need updates\n\nTrack email performance, including open and reply rates, and report results of A/B tests on messaging\n\nBuild dashboards and reports on pipeline, conversion, and rep performance\n\nLearn and work in our sales systems, including HubSpot, Instantly, AskElephant, and Databricks\n\nUse AI tools (Claude, n8n) to automate repeatable tasks and improve workflows\n\nAssist with Sales and Revenue Operations projects as needs arise\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in engineering, analytics, or sales/revenue operations preferred, ideally in a startup environment\n\nCurrently pursuing a degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of 2027 or 2028\n\nComfortable with SQL, Python, or JavaScript, or experienced building workflows in no-code tools like n8n or Zapier\n\nEngineering mindset: you break problems into steps and build the simplest thing that works\n\nStrong attention to detail; you care about clean data and notice when numbers don't add up\n\nAble to use AI to automate repeatable work and check its output\n\nComfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities\n\nClear communicator who can explain what you built, and why, to reps and leadership\n\nAvailable to work in person in Lehi, UT for 20+ hours per week during fall/spring semesters\n\nWhy Leland?\nThe chance to join a world-class team helping people achieve their career and educational dreams\n\nWork in a collaborative, high-energy environment where your contributions have a direct impact\n\nOperate in a fast-paced, AI-native environment\n\nWe don't hire people who merely want to work for a great company; we hire people who want to make a great company\n\nLeland is an equal opportunity employer.
