We value your potential and your willingness to grow.\nFor this position, a pre-employment screening is required, consisting of a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background/integrity check. Due to the access to sensitive (financial) information and customer data, we place great importance on a careful assessment. The screening must be successfully completed before you can start your employment with us. We reimburse the cost of the VOG application and, of course, handle your data with care in accordance with our privacy statement.\n Working at Lely means contributing to sustainable progress within one of the most innovative organizations in the Netherlands. You play a key role in future-proofing the agricultural sector, and we ensure you have all the space, resources, and support needed to do so.\nAn international work environment with plenty of room for initiative and entrepreneurship.\nExcellent employment conditions, including up to 8 weeks of vacation per year and a strong pension scheme.\nA salary within the range of €5,015 - €7,163 gross per month, with clear room for growth from your starting salary over time.\nStrong career development opportunities: you are in control of your own growth and can choose from a wide range of training programs through our Lely Academy-from personal development to role-specific education.\nOur modern Lely Campus offers daily access to extensive sports facilities: an indoor gym, outdoor padel courts, basketball and volleyball courts, table tennis, and table football.
