The next, you are helping a DevOps team automate deployments or advising stakeholders on how to strengthen security and performance. You enjoy turning complex technical challenges into practical solutions that create value across the business.\nYour key responsibilities include:\nDesign, implement, and continuously improve secure and scalable cloud platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into cloud solutions that are reliable, manageable, and ready to support Lely's international growth.\nAutomate infrastructure and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps practices.\nSupport development and DevOps teams in successfully adopting and operationalizing cloud solutions.\nSafeguard the security, compliance, availability, performance, and continuity of cloud environments while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.\nContribute to cloud strategy, technical standards, and the cloud roadmap, while helping colleagues grow their expertise through coaching and knowledge sharing.\nAs one of the senior members of the cloud team, you play an important role in shaping the future of Lely's cloud landscape. Most importantly, you understand how to translate architectural ideas into reliable solutions that deliver real business value.\nTo be successful in this role, you bring:\nHBO working and thinking level.\nAt least 5 years of experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.\nRelevant Microsoft Azure certification at associate level, preferably Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), or demonstrable equivalent knowledge.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and CI/CD practices.\nKnowledge of DevOps principles and the operational management of cloud platforms.\nKnowledge of cloud security, governance, monitoring, availability, and continuity.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex cloud challenges.\nThe ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nNice to have:\nAzure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), or similar advanced certifications.\nExperience coaching colleagues and sharing knowledge within a cloud engineering team.\nExperience working in an international organization.\nDutch language skills alongside strong English communication skills.\nTo support effective collaboration within our hybrid way of working, candidates should be based in the Netherlands.\nEven if you do not meet every preferred qualification, we encourage you to apply.
